Honey Spiced Tonka
This controversial yet exclusive Tonka bean is so sought after by a myriad of cultures, it has been banned in multiple countries including the United States. Although it has been illegal to cook and serve due to the legume's coumarin content since 1954, Tonka fanatics will seek it out in search to fulfill their curiosity.
In addition to the vanilla from the Tonka, spiced honey is blended in to enhance the woody base with its multitude of spices and warm bergamot notes. We like to call this, "Spicy Vanilla Bean" for the more experimental ones.
